Returns policy

Our products are guaranteed against faulty workmanship or materials for 90 days from the purchase date (12 months for non-flying electronic units). Faults due to misuse or pilot error are not covered.

In the event of a fault the defective unit should be returned to us, carriage-paid, together with proof of purchase date. We will repair or replace (at our option) the defective item free of charge.

Unwanted Goods: Goods returned, complete and unused in the original packing and in fully saleable condition will be refunded in full provided the goods are returned to us carriage paid within ten days of receipt.

Goods which are not saleable as new will incur a minimum handling/restocking charge of five pounds or twenty-five percent (25%) of the purchase price, whichever is the greater.
