You may use the online shop to pay by credit / debit card using secure payment pages.
Payment is made through Worldpay.

Paying by cheque or postal order

If you prefer to pay this way we suggest you select your items as normal, then press the "Buy Goods" button, complete and print the Order Form and post it with your name, address and remittance ( in GB Pounds only).

Please note that all prices on this site are in pounds sterling.

Shipping Costs

Select your delivery area when you check your order on the "Buy Goods" page. The appropriate shipping charge will be computed and added to your order before you proceed to the secure payment page.
If you make the wrong selection your order may be delayed.

Returns policy

Our products are guaranteed against faulty workmanship or materials for 90 days from the purchase date (12 months for non-flying electronic units). Faults due to misuse or pilot error are not covered.

In the event of a fault the defective unit should be returned to us, carriage-paid, together with proof of purchase date. We will repair or replace (at our option) the defective item free of charge.

Unwanted Goods: Goods returned, complete and unused in the original packing and in fully saleable condition will be refunded in full provided the goods are returned to us carriage paid within ten days of receipt.

Goods which are not saleable as new will incur a minimum handling/restocking charge of five pounds or twenty-five percent (25%) of the purchase price, whichever is the greater.

If you change your mind about an item ordered, don't worry. You can cancel it when you view your shopping basket.
